Outdoor recreation retailer Sierra plans new store in east Casper's Blackmore Marketplace

CASPER, Wyo. –– The outdoor recreation retailer Sierra has been confirmed as a member of the growing list of retailers opening locations in the latest phase of the Blackmore Marketplace development on Casper’s east side.
