Owners of an historic Middletown building are looking to rebuild after a fire destroyed apartments and displaced tenants.Shane Scott, owner of the building at 1700 Central Ave. and of The Slice Pie Middletown, said he started receiving calls at 5 a.m. March 2 from tenants.I got up here as fast as I could, he said.
