In 2025, the French market for fibre optics showed a real qualitative leap, driven by a global dynamic of investment and technical innovation. This is reflected in the latest rankings drawn up by Zone ADSL&Fibre, based on the fine analysis of more than 1.2 million flow tests carried out throughout France. While the whole market shows a marked improvement, Free stands out particularly, showing performance well above those of its competitors.
