Alabama attorney general subpoenas OpenAI over Hugging Face incident

- Reuters reported Hugging Face was one of four victims during what OpenAI described as "an internal evaluation" of a model with "maximal cyber capabilities." Earlier this month, Marshall and 14 other Republican states including Florida, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Texas demanded OpenAI preserve records.
