ORANGE TOWNSHIP — A driver from Reno, Nevada was injured after his vehicle struck a median barrier near Osakis Tuesday, July 15. Paul Phillip Hoffman, 76, was driving west on Interstate 94 in a 2016 Dodge Durango at abut 2 p.m. when the vehicle hit the barrier near milemarker 111 south of Osakis, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.
