One of Fargo's two Casa Mexico restaurants to change name, menu

FARGO — One of Fargo's two Casa Mexico restaurants is changing its name and its menu. Sergio Aguirre, who owns Casa Mexico locations at 4900 13th Ave. S. and 2511 Kirsten Lane S., in Fargo, said the latter recently closed for a renovation.
