OHIO COUNTY – A joint law enforcement investigation led to the arrest of an Ohio County man. According to a release, the Ohio County Sheriff’s Office and Kentucky State Police arrested 34-year-old Dwayne Hackney, of Centertown, on Tuesday in Allen County.
