Delhi Capitals (DC) have roped in legendary former Sri Lanka cricketer Chaminda Vaas, who claimed 761 wickets during his international career, as their fast-bowling coach for IPL 2027.

Delhi Capitals have appointed Chaminda Vaas as bowling coach alongside Sourav Ganguly and Yuvraj Singh. The revamped coaching team aims to build a more competitive squad for the upcoming IPL season.

Chaminda Vaas has played three seasons in the Indian Premier League for now-defunct Deccan Chargers in 2008, 2009 and 2010. He joins Delhi Capitals as a bowling coach for IPL 2027.
