Ofcom awards Swansea small-scale DAB licence to sole bidder despite concerns

Small-scale DAB licences have been awarded in Swansea, Barrow-in-Furness, and Portadown & Craigavon. They are the latest areas to covered in Round 5 of the licensing process by Ofcom.
