- Kickoff is set for 5 p.m., and the game will air on ESPN from Camping World Stadium, featuring two top rushing offenses including Old Dominion University Monarchs ranked seventh.
- Winning would give the University of South Florida Bulls a rare 10-win season and third straight bowl victory, while Old Dominion University Monarchs remain 1-2 in bowls and 0-2 under Ricky Rahne with Kevin Patrick as interim coach.
