The Government of Equatorial Guinea has issued an international search and capture order against Andalusian businessman José Luis Romero, who currently presides over the board of directors of the Palacio de Congresos y Exposiciones de Granada. Teodoro Obiang’s regime accuses him of the alleged crimes of fraud and bribery that would have caused “serious damage” to the public administration of the former Spanish colony.
