(10-18-25) On Friday, October 17, 2025, at approximately 6:55 a.m., the Ottawa Police Department received a report regarding a male subject from Michigan who was believed to be experiencing a mental health crisis. The individual had indicated that he was traveling to Ottawa to see his daughter.
