Utica, N.Y. - A Central New York man was killed in a motorcycle accident in Utica Thursday morning, police said.Sean Jordan, 36, of Rome, was riding a motorcycle on the Oriskany Street ramp off of Route 12 just after 9 a.m. when he lost control and struck the guardrail, according to Lt. Michael Curley, a spokesperson for the Utica Police Department.
