Nvidia Throws Windows 10 Gamers a Lifeline with Driver Support - but Time's up for the Popular GTX 1060 GPU, as Support Runs Out in October 2025

WORLDWIDE, JUL 31 – Nvidia will cease Game Ready driver updates for Maxwell, Pascal, and Volta GPUs in October 2025, but will provide quarterly security patches through October 2028, extending support beyond industry norms.
