Man Accused Of Strangling Girlfriend In Westport

Denis Mora Blanco, age 28, of Norwalk, was charged in Westport on Friday, Feb. 2, after being stopped on I-95 without headlights and a bumper dragging on the ground. In the passenger seat was a woman who was later identified as being in a dating relationship with Blanco. The woman had significant injuries to her face and head, Lt. Eric Woods of the Westport Police said.
