NORTHAMPTON — This summer, the best spot to party is the park — Pulaski Park that is.On eight consecutive Wednesdays, starting July 8, Pulaski Park will transform into an open-air dance floor complete with a live DJ for “Parties in the Park.” Each week will feature master of ceremonies Trusty Rusty and a lineup of regional DJs spinning everything from reggae and R&B to classic soul and disco.
