North Saanich aviation event to feature Hawaii Mars, parachuters and more

The BC Aviation Museum in North Saanich will host its annual Open House Hangar Fest on August 23 and 24.
Visitors can see the Hawaii Mars and enter a random draw for an exclusive flight deck tour.
The event will also showcase a Convair firebomber, a Vickers Viscount passenger aircraft, parachutists, and military re-enactors from World War II.
Entry to the event is by donation, and a variety of food trucks will be available to attendees.
