North Main Street project gets underway - Elkhorn Media Group

PENDLETON – The North Main Street project is underway. Pendleton Public Works Director Jeff Brown says this week workers began replacing the water mains from the North Main bridge all the way up to Northwest Furnish Avenue. That work precedes the city’s planned paving of the street.
