North Little Rock City Council sets vote on whether Lakehill Shopping Center diners can consume alcohol outdoors | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

North Little Rock is on the verge of establishing its third "entertainment district" since 2020 with a vote Monday night by the City Council. An ordinance would designate the Lakehill Shopping Center on JFK Boulevard as the Lakehill Entertainment District, effective immediately.
