North Korea is building a network of secret military facilities to store missiles, experts say. One of the undeclared bases was recently discovered near the Chinese border by the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), an American think tank. Analysts say the complex also houses missiles capable of carrying nuclear warheads and hitting the US mainland. Pyongyang says nuclear weapons are necessary to deter hostile countries.
