North Carolina kicks off child passenger safety week events

MORRISVILLE, N.C. (WNCT) -- The North Carolina Office of State Fire Marshal will host a child passenger safety clinic from Sept. 21-28, to promote the importance of proper car seat installation and to encourage families to ensure their children are safely buckled up every time they ride in a vehicle.
