North Carolina homicide suspect turns himself in

ELIZABETH CITY, N.C. (WAVY) — The person of interest in the May 9 homicide at Walker Landing Apartments in Elizabeth City has turned himself in Saturday, according to the Elizabeth City Police Department (ECPD). ECPD was called to the apartment complex on reports that a man had been shot and upon arrival, found a man dead in his apartment.
