- Late Saturday, two illegal immigrant suspects were taken into custody after shooting an off-duty CBP officer at Fort Washington Park, Manhattan, New York City.
- As of March 1, 2025, New York City bars honoring ICE detainer requests without convictions, allowing repeat criminal illegal aliens like Mora Nunez to be released, Kristi Noem said.
