RUSHMORE — Under a sky of blue and surrounded by rolling hills and a view of the Little Rock River, Nobles County Pheasants Forever members popped champagne corks and unveiled a wooden sign signifying Pheasant Run 50 in a small celebration Friday evening in Ransom Township.
