Between 2017 and 2021, the AfD politician Ulrich Oehme is a member of the Bundestag. Since then, he has been working for another AfD member of parliament. The Bundestag administration has granted him access because he poses a security risk because of his proximity to Russia.
The employee of an AfD deputy had not received a Bundestag pass – rightly, as the Oberverwaltungsgericht Berlin-Brandenburg decided. The reason for this is the man's contacts with state agencies in Russia.
The administration of the Bundestag has doubts about the reliability of an employee of a member of parliament. He does not receive a house permit - and goes to court. That confirms the doubts.
Several AfD employees try to force access to the Bundestag in court. An urgent procedure has now failed – because of the plaintiff's Russia connection.
An employee of an AfD member of parliament has also failed in the second instance to enforce the issuing of a house permit for the parliament.
