Every August, the Utica Zoo stayed open late to host Brewfest, a signature adult fundraiser which offered over a hundred craft beers, ciders, and seltzers for guests to try on zoo grounds. "After 27 years, the Utica Zoo has made the difficult decision to retire the annual Brewfest event, and it will not be occurring this year," zoo officials said in a statement.
