SANTA TERESA, New Mexico (KVIA) - Drivers are advised to exercise caution while traveling from Columbus to Santa Teresa. The New Mexico Department of Transportation reports "difficult driving conditions" along NM 9 east and west from mile marker 88, from Columbus to Santa Teresa. The conditions are due to high winds.
