An employee of Mount Laurel Township was arrested Monday after he was accused of sexually assaulting an underage girl he met online, authorities said.Jake E. Toczylowski, 25, is charged with three counts of second-degree sexual assault, one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and one count of fourth-degree criminal sexual contact, the Burlington County Prosecutor’s Office announced Tuesday.
