N.J. town bans unsupervised teens from National Night Out after unruly event last year

Egg Harbor Township police are preparing to closely monitor for any unaccompanied minors at their National Night Out event Tuesday in light of large groups of juveniles contributing to unruly behavior last year.The township’s event, one of thousands held across the country to encourage police-community relations, is being held at its Veterans Memorial Park from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
