A state judiciary board has filed disciplinary charges against a municipal court judge in Middlesex County connected to a drunken driving arrest in July 2024.The state Judiciary’s Advisory Committee on Judicial Conduct, ACJC, alleges Gary M. Price violated three judicial canons, or rules, centered on his response to being arrested after his car struck a guardrail in South Plainfield and he failed a field sobriety test, according to the complaint.
