Poland has submitted a preliminary declaration to the European Commission to obtain a loan under the EU SAFE program, according to Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. "We have collected projects worth approximately €45 billion, but the final allocation of funds depends on the EC and the number of applications," he said.
