Golf pro Sepp Straka has recorded a solid start at the first of the three play-off tournaments of the PGA Tour. On Thursday, 32-year-old Viennese played a round of 68 at the start of the St. Jude Championship in Memphis/Tennessee, worth $20 million, (2 under par) and is thus ranked 20th in the elite 70s. With a Bogey at the final hole, the World Ranking Team awarded a top 12 place, with the top ten currently missing two beats.

Viktor Hovland had a tough round on the first day of the PGA Championship playoffs in Memphis. He was in the water more times than he made birdies and is second to last.
