At least three powerful explosions rocked the Ukrainian capital Kiev on Wednesday, Reuters reported. A drone strike partially destroyed a six-story apartment building, Mayor Vitali Klitschko said, injuring four people. At least eight people were injured in a Russian airstrike in the city of Odessa, where a 24-story building was hit, among other things.
