Dec. 4, 2025 A longtime Greek restaurant in Sioux Falls is expanding to the east side. Nick’s Gyros is taking over the former Caribou Coffee building at 3501 E. 10th St. The coffee shop closed in August 2024. The restaurant plans to begin remodeling in January, with an expected opening in May.
