The governor of California, Gavin Newsom, announced on Friday, April 18, a US$200,000 reward for the arrest and conviction of the people responsible for four unsolved crimes in the state. This reward will be shared by US$50,000 for each. One of these unsolved crimes is the murder of a Seaman from La Mesa and the U.S. Navy, Cornelius Donte Brown.
