Newport’s Former Coggeshall School Property to be Redeveloped - Newport This Week
The former Coggeshall School property is set to be converted to apartments and housing after an April 9 Newport City Council vote. The council approved a $1 million purchase-and-sale agreement with BCM Realty Partners to redevelop the site into 32 units of apartments and housing.
