Newmont tipped to shave Greatland Gold stake in ASX debut

This stake is worth about $700 million and landed with Newmont last year, after it sold its WA gold mine Telfer and 70 per cent stake in Havieron to Greatland.

Greatland plans $338m sell-down and $50m IPO

Greatland Gold has announced a small capital raising and a big selldown by major shareholder Newmont ahead of the $3.5 billion miner’s listing on the ASX.

Sources suggest Greatland Gold is preparing to file its prospectus for an ASX listing as early as Friday.
