New Study: Stress in salmon reduces fillet colour - Feed & Additive Magazine

The results from a project run in collaboration with Norwegian University of Science and Technology and Skretting show that exposure to stress reduces fillet colour in salmon. The researchers point out that in such cases, the need for vitamin A and astaxanthin that salmon receive through feed may also change.
