New setback for Miley Cyrus in the lawsuit for “Flowers” plagiarism

The legal dispute over Flowers, the success of Miley Cyrus launched in 2023, has taken an adverse turn for the singer, after a judge dismissed her appeal in the lawsuit for plagiarism filed by Tempo Music Investments.
