Sentenced in first instance to four years in prison for rape, assault and possession of illicit substances, Marius Borg Høiby, the son of Queen Mette-Marit will be tried on appeal. A decision communicated by the Oslo court on Thursday, September 10th, following the funeral of King Harald V.
