New restaurant opens in former St. Stephen’s Hall downtown - The Shenandoah Sentinel

SHENANDOAH – A new business opened Friday in downtown Shenandoah. El Puerto Restaurant and Store held a ribbon cutting in the afternoon. The restaurant is at 101 South Main Street in the former St. Stephen’s Hall. It most recently housed an appliance shop. Maira and Marco Paniagua opened the restaurant, which features Latino fare.
