New pathway for Torquay

A new footpath is coming to Torquay to help close the missing line in the shared path network while improving pedestrian and cyclist access. Works to build a footpath on the west side of the Surf Coast Highway started this month to connect Baines Crescent to Bristol Road, with the whole project expected to be completed by December this year.
