Trussville man, 81, indicted on murder charge in wife's death
Trussville police said the woman, Jo Ann Henry Harris, was found beaten and strangled inside a home on Brookstone Drive early Wednesday morning. The victim's husband barricaded himself inside the home for several hours before finally surrendering. He gained their trust by first appearing genuinely friendly before quickly turning the conversations sexual. His real purpose was to receive naked and sexual images.
