New Mount St. Helens license plate coming soon

Olympia – Washington state drivers will soon have a chance to add a Mount St. Helens license plate to their vehicles. But before the new plate is available to the public, the non-profit Mount St. Helens Institute is auctioning the rights to the first 25 plates.
