New Jersey Water Employees Charged with Falsifying Water Safety Reports

The New Jersey Attorney General's Office said that 37-year-old Trenton resident Cesar Lugo was indicted for violating the Safe Drinking Water Act, including two counts of second-degree official misconduct, third-degree theft by fraud, two counts of third-degree record tampering, and fourth-degree falsification of records.
