New event hall to open in former Eastpointe Manor location

The old Eastpointe Manor banquet hall is on its way to becoming the Total Experience event hall after the Eastpointe Planning Commission approved a special land use permit and site plan for the facility Thursday night. Both items were approved with a long list of conditions that includes removal of pool tables that are currently in the facility.
