Construction of City-Partnered 'Affordable Housing' Developments to Begin by End of Year

KELOWNA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, JUL 17 – Of the 195 new rentals, 40% will be offered below market to households earning $80,000 to $120,000, helping middle-income families access affordable housing, city officials said.
