"Netrogen Oxide Is More Destructive than Hard Drugs," Says Lorraine.

Nancy and Metz have banned the sale and possession of nitrous oxide for recreational use. Highly toxic and harmful to the nervous system, this anaesthetic and euphoric gas, called "hilarant", is more destructive than any drug, according to Dr. Emmanuel Puskarczyk, doctor toxicologist and head of the East Poison Center based at the CHRU in Nancy.
