Neil Peter Fatally Shot in Morne Serpent

Neil Peter, a 35-year-old resident of Morne Serpent, was shot and killed on October 5 in the community of Gros Islet. Police responded to the scene around 8:10 a.m., after receiving reports of gunfire.
