Anyone surfing the Internet in Vienna may now also be providing warmth in the hospital — specifically at the Floridsdorf Clinic. The new heat pump system there is in fact fed by the energy of a neighboring data center. 50 to 70 percent of the hospital's heat demand is thus to be met.
